Do you have unique, quality vintage clothing pieces that deserve a curated audience? Our mission is to connect discerning buyers with the finest authentic and unique vintage items. We handle all the work; inclusive of professional photography, expert listings, multi-platform sales and customer service so you can gain space and enjoy passive income.
We are currently paused for intake to focus on end-of-year sales. New applications will be reviewed starting January 15th, 2026.
What We Seek: True Vintage Only
To maintain the high standard of our collection, we are extremely selective and focus EXCLUSIVELY on True Vintage consignment. All items submitted must pass our final inspection to be accepted.
1. Authenticity & Age

True Vintage: Items must be verified to be 20 years or older.
- Select Y2K Styles: Manufactured approx. 2000-2005) with unique features
- 90s Grunge and Minimalist Styles
- 80s Power Dressing and New Wave
- 70s Boho, Disco and Leisurewear
- Mid-century (1950s/60s)
- 1940s (Utility/Pin-Up Styles)
- 1930s (Pre-war/Bias Cut Silhouettes)
- Contemporary/Modern: We DO NOT accept any modern, contemporary, or fast-fashion items for consignment, regardless of brand.
2. Condition Standards
All items submitted must be in Like New or Excellent, ready-to-wear condition. We will reject items with:
- Stains, holes, or significant fading.
- Pilling, broken hardware, or missing tags.
- Heavy odors (smoke, perfume, or storage).
3. Seasonality
We must adhere strictly to seasonal demand:
- Starting January 15th, we will prioritize Winter and Early Spring transitional wear. Please save your summer staples for later in the year!
Our Simple 3-Step Consignment Process
- Application & Review: You submit your items using our form below. We review the list, and if approved, we schedule your drop-off appointment.
- Listing & Exclusivity: Once accepted, we meticulously list your item on our Shopify store, Poshmark, eBay, and Etsy within 48 hours. Your items must be exclusively listed with Rochelle Chong Designs for the 90-day term.
- Sale & Payout: When your item sells, your commission is calculated and paid out on the 15th of the following month via secured Interac e-Transfer.
Commission & Earnings Structure
Our commission is tiered based on the Final Selling Price (FSP) to ensure fair compensation for your high-value vintage pieces.

Important Consignment Terms Summary
| Term | Details |
|---|---|
| **Consignment Period** | 90 days from the listing date. |
| **Markdown Policy** | Automated discounts are applied after 30 days (20% off) and 60 days (40% off). |
| **Unsold Items** | After 90 days, items must be retrieved, donated, or accepted via our shop buy-out offer. |
| **Early Returns** | Items requested back before the 90-day term are subject to a $15 Early Termination Fee. |
| **Double-Selling** | Strictly forbidden. A Breach of Contract Fee of $30 per item is charged if an item is sold elsewhere resulting in a canceled order on our site. |
| **Liability** | Our liability for loss or damage is limited to your commission percentage of the current retail price, capped at $500 CAD per item. |
| **Authentication** | Consignor warrants items are 100% genuine Vintage. Non-authentic items will be pulled and returned immediately at the consignor's expense. |
